I find this type of in-your-face evangelism a little uncomfortable, but at the same time, I have to admire a man who, every waking moment, is inviting people to talk to him about what he believes. It is also a reminder to me that the good news of God's love is worth sharing, and that I need to be faithful and consistent in doing that.

There is something to be said about boldness. It reminds me of Sergio in Mexico City who would climb onto a bus and yell (all 6 feet 5 inches of him) "I could kill every one of you right now, but I'm not going to because Jesus changed me. If I did kill you, where would you go? Heaven or hell?"
Ya, we need more men who are humbly bold. Courageous in their stand, but full of grace to those around them. On Sunday an RCMP officer who attends Lakewood gave testimony as to how he would get down on his knees in his office and pray, but he had always done it out of sight of the surveillance camera, but recently he decided he would stop being ashamed of his faith, so now he prays in plain sight of the camera, as well as with his door open.
Can you please blog more often? Some of us are anxious that this blog not be left to become a personal journal.
Thanks for the encouragement, Kim. We're at a family reunion right now, so I should have a bunch of gossip I can post as soon as we get home.
Sorry the kids have been sick again. We're praying for you.
I've seen this guy behind the goalposts at NFL games. I wonder how many people have out of curiosity looked up the passage. Brother Lawrence's conversion happened when he contemplated on the mystery of a tree. Our friend Sergio in Mexico City would scare and intimidate people into following Christ...it should be fun to see how many people in heaven have been touched by God through these urgent presentations of the Gospel.

This fellow actually reminded me a lot of Sergio.
It was good to talk with you tonight, Kurt. Did you solve the mystery of the screen?
